Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send an email to dmca@gerkgame.com that includes all of the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL on our Site where the alleged infringing material appears.
• Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material you posted has been removed in error or misidentified as infringing, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice should include your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Process and Response Time

We review every legitimate notice and aim to remove confirmed infringing material within 5 business days of verification. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law.

Misrepresentations

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed in error may be subject to liability for damages.
